You don’t need to create an account to use their services. You just need a Credit/Debit card.
Any standard product may be returned by the original purchaser within 25 days of the date of purchase. The product must be in original and unaltered condition.
We will check the product and the issue reported. For genuine issues, we will exchange the product with a new one.
We will make a full refund in case customer opted for it. However any product which have been modified or damaged by customer will not be accepted for exchange/ refund.
Refund amount will be credited within 5 working days to the customer account.
